What To Expect For Each Pest Control Service
Your pest control technician will conduct a thorough interior and exterior inspection at every visit.
To keep pests out of your home, your technician will treat the exterior perimeter. If you choose Home Shield Plus or Home Shield Complete, you may receive additional treatments targeting mosquitoes, fire ants, and other outdoor pests.
Inside your home, your pest control technician will treat the kitchen and other areas where insects and mice often infest.

Bronson does a phenomenal job - especially treating our log home for carpenter bees. In previous years, we've had to have them come back (which they always do free of charge) but not since Bronson has been our tech. I highly recommend both A-1 and their quarterly service program. We rarely have bugs in the house now unless a door is left open and no mice whatsoever!

I trust A1 pest control 100%. My service man Hunter Sigmon is the best. He calls me before he gets there asking me what areas have I see any pests, which since he’s been coming out I haven’t seen ANYTHING. Kolten and A1 pest control have made our concerns about bugs on our property or in our house a complete non-issue. Having a home built in the 1960s, there is always concern of bugs manifesting during winter months. They offer convenient treatment times, provide a 2 hour window and often text me to let me know they have earlier times available. I’ve never had a faster service call. I requested some help with ants between regular appointments which they scheduled for just a couple days out. Then I received a call I didn’t recognize and it was the service tech (Hunter) who said he was in my neighborhood and would be right there. We’ve been using A-1 for about two years. They’re wonderful. Although included, we never need treatment inside since the outside treatment keeps the pests from getting in.
Our technician, Kolton is very thorough. He communicates via text before and after each treatment to make sure any specific needs or concerns are addressed. Kolton even noticed our old dog’s big bark was gone during the first treatment after he passed away and he had the kindest words to say.

I had a serious Wasp and bee issue going on at my house and after his visit, they were dropping like rain. That was this summer and I haven't seen them anymore.

I got a telephone call from Joseph this morning letting me know he was going to be in the area of my mountain cabin ( second home) and he offered to go up to it and check to see if everything was okay and he would go ahead and treat my home while he was there. I explained that I live 2 1/2 hours away and had no way to know if it had survived the storm or not. He even offered to take photos of things that might not be okay. I have never experienced this kind of kindness from someone I have never met before . To know that there is someone who cares like this is absolutely wonderful and so affirming! If I could have given him a hug through the phone lines, I would have done it. A-1 is a wonderful company and I am so happy that they have not only my business, but my back as well!!!!
